Maribel began her career in rhythmic sports gymnastics in 1987. 2 years later, she was already learning all the Cuban and traditional dances of Cuba in the Casa de la Cultura as a child. She has also performed at the Cuban Carnival and other festivals at a young age. Later, she was a show-dancer in Cuba as a soloist or with a partner. She also traveled to Mexico and Martinique with a show group. Their dream is to perform again with a show group somewhere in the world. As a teacher, she joined us in 2016.
